Jean-Pierre Delesse

Founder and CEO - Rhealtys
Jean-Pierre Delesse is founder and CEO of Rhealtys, a consultancy services company for the semiconductor and smart security industries; he was previously the BU Manager-Security-at Renesas Technology since 2003. Before Renesas, Jean Pierre was Group Executive, Global Account Manager, at Hitachi Europe, where he actively participated to the merge with Mitsubishi which formed Renesas Technology.
Jean Pierre is a generalist engineer graduate from the Ecole des Mines. He has been a member of the Steering Committee of Eurosmart since 2006 and is also the Convenor of the New Form Factor Working Group of the association. He is also the President of the Lennox Club regrouping 40 Executives from the French Electronic industry.

Jean-Noël George
Global Program Director, ICT-SmartCard - Frost & Sullivan
• Jean-Noel’s main competencies are in the fields of corporate strategy, sales optimisation and marketing strategy. He has particular experience in the areas of geographic market expansion, outsourcing business models, online customer experience management, value proposition creation and benefit models.

• Jean-Noel has had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most important smartcard providers and telecom operators. In recent years, Jean-Noel has especially focussed on smartcard personalization (from secured data generation through smartcard to end user delivery). He created and managed software development centre and deployed worldwide software services . His project experience spans several continents, as he has worked in USA, UK, England, Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Australia and Singapore.

• Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, he was the manager for a Gdansk (Poland)-based Gemalto, where he was responsible for the software development for smartcard personalization and also deeply involved in the business development of new products. Smartcard projects were covering Telecom, banking, healthcare, transportation and government ID area.

• Before that, Jean-Noel worked for Gemalto, where he was responsible for the new product introduction in smartcard arena. Main projects were Multos cards, TIBC cards, EMV/B0’ VISA card, DDA card,…

• Jean-Noel holds a Master’s degree in European Computer Science University Paris VI in Paris. He speaks English and French fluently.

Martin Klimke
Infineon
Martin Klimke is a principal for technical marketing at the Chip Card and Security ICs business group of Infineon Technologies AG. Here he is responsible for innovation and business development.
Martin received a diploma physicist degree from the University of Münster in 1983.
In 1984 he started in the semiconductor division of Siemens AG. Here he held various management positions in development, concept- and application- engineering.
In 2001 he joined the Chip Card and Security ICs business group of Infineon and headed the application engineering team. In 2006 he moved to the marketing group.
 
Martin is interested in new applications for security controllers beyond the smart card form factor. Recently he has focused on security products related to smart meters and other machine to machine applications.
